Hello! There's nothing to do.

My name is Anne of Bohemia. I was born on 1366. My father is the Holy Roman Emperor Charles IV. He is the King of Bohemia. My mother is Elisabeth of Pomerania, my father's fourth wife. I have 2 famous step bothers named Wenceslaus and Sigismund. They both ruled over Bohemia at different times.

I can say that I lived my life very well. I came from a good (but poor) family, lived a comfortably life and married the best husband...Richard. He is the king of England.

I would like to share to those who are reading my blog our story. I should, however, start at the very beginning.

the beginning...

Richard II came to the throne at the age of ten in 1377, after the death of his grandfather, Edward III.

Richard's early years were dominated by three key figures: his mother, Joan of Kent, his tutor (chosen by his father) Sir Simon Burley, and his uncle, John of Gaunt. Soon after the 1381 Rebellion, marriage arrangements began in earnest. Sir Simon traveled abroad, along with the Earl of Suffolk. He negotiated a match between his pupil and the daughter of the late Emperor Charles IV, and sister of King Wenzel of Bohemia (also known as Wenceslaus). I was, said by my father, was cultured young woman with royal connections throughout Europe.

Some chroniclers even said that my beauty, and my effigy reveals to have been a rather plain young woman.

Unfortunately my brother could not afford a dowry. However the diplomatic advantages of the match were appealing, so the arrangements were made and Richard agreed to lend his new brother by marriage the equivalent of 15,000 pounds. This did not sit well with many of the English people.

In January of 1382 Richard and I were married. Although we didnt know each other that well and i was less than a year older than Richard. It was a good start for us. But we didnt have any children for no particular reason. During the first two years of our marriage, we went on ywo progresses together and gradually, the English people grew to like me as their queen. He got used to my lifestyle and was influenced by me which changed  his way of ruling the whole kingdom. As the years went by, there can be little doubt that our love only grew stronger.

For twelve years we lived together, deeply in love and seeing each other through several crises.

On June 7 1394, there was a plague that struck again in Bohemia, taking my life with it. In 1394, I died at the Sheen Palace, a royal retreat along the Thames. It was a devastating blow to Richard, whose subsequent unwise conduct lost him his throne. Richard has variously been described as "wild with grief", "utterly inconsolable" and "distraught in aftermath". In 1395 Richar has also commissioned a tomb dor himself and for me.

I was buried in at Westminster Abbey, London.

the end...

Thus ended our very bittersweet love story. Richard and I had what appears to be a perfect marriage, one of mutual respect and love. Our years together, filled with passion and friendship, are almost without rival in the history of the English monarchy - there can be little doubt that, though our time together was relatively short, but most certainly is one of the most romantic ones...
